If you get the above error message when trying to start a workflow there might be several issues to address and you want to check the following:
1. You need to re-authenticate KashFlow in ConnectMyApps
(Go to the Application tab on the left menu in ConnectMyApps. If the KashFlow tile shows NOT OK this could be the cause of the issue.)
2. You need to change the customization settings in ConnectMyApps
3. You need to activate all currencies you sell in KashFlow
Once this is done, you need to restart your workflow
