The ConnectMyApps and KashFlow integration partnership will be ending on 31 January 2021.
For that reason,
ConnectMyApps will no longer offer or support KashFlow integrations after 31 January 2021.
KashFlow and ConnectMyApps have been coordinating to ensure the timely availability of replacement integrations through another integration provider. This will allow you to continue to connect your KashFlow software to a range of web applications.
This article will explain how this change will affect your current integration(s) through ConnectMyApps, and outline the alternatives you will have going forward.
What do I have to do?
ConnectMyApps will continue to support your current integration(s) until the cut-off date of 31 January 2021. On this date, all active integrations with KashFlow will stop working; workflows will be turned off and accounts deleted shortly thereafter.
This means that you can keep using your workflows as normal until 31 January 2021, but we urge you to familiarize yourself with and plan for the migration to KashFlow's replacement integration service.
Replacement integration service from KashFlow
A replacement integration service will be made available by KashFlow before the cut-off date. They will provide guidance to help make a smooth transition and avoid disruption to your business. You will be contacted directly by KashFlow with more information about this nearer to the time.

- 31 December 2020: New sign-ups for KashFlow integrations will be blocked.
- 31 January 2021: All KashFlow workflows will be turned off and accounts deleted.
ConnectMyApps will send you a reminder of the coming changes in January, to ensure that you have ample time to make the transition to the new integration service announced by KashFlow.
To avoid confusion, we have decided to waive the ConnectMyApps subscription fees in January 2021 for any current KashFlow customers who are still running an active workflow during that month.

- Will the new integration solution offered by KashFlow provide the same functionality?
ConnectMyApps is not directly involved in the development of the new KashFlow integration solution. Please contact KashFlow Support for information, advice, and feature requests for the new solution.
- Will ConnectMyApps assist in moving to a new platform or solution?
No, ConnectMyApps is not directly involved in the new KashFlow integration solution. You will be contacted directly by KashFlow with more information nearer to the time. In the meantime, please contact KashFlow Support if you have questions regarding the move to the new solution.
- Do I need to stop my workflows?
No, we will stop them on January 31. However, if you are moving to a new integration solution before January 31 you will need to remember to stop your workflows manually before activating the new integration. Otherwise there is a risk that both ConnectMyApps and the new solution could import the same data to KashFlow.
- Do I have to take action to be deleted?
You do not have to take action to be deleted. We will shut down the integrations on 31 January 2021, upon which the accounts will be blocked for login and deleted shortly thereafter. However, you are free to log in to stop or delete your registered workflows and apps before that time, if you so wish.
- Do I need to remember to stop my subscription or delete my credit card?
No, we will stop all renewal billing on 31 December and will delete all subscription information shortly after 31 January. You are free to cancel your subscription as normal before this time, if you so wish. We will be waiving the subscription fees in January 2021 for KashFlow customers who are still running an active workflow during that month.
- Can I upgrade my subscription plan to keep my current integration through ConnectMyApps?
Unfortunately, no. All KashFlow integrations will be discontinued on 31 January 2021.
