Update: As of 08.06.21 the workaround has been tested and implemented. We are restarting workflows and updating customer tickets with current status.
An intermittent connection timeout issue related to problems with the PowerOffice API has disrupted integration services for our PowerOffice users. As such, PowerOffice workflows are currently not able to run successfully.
The problem has been confirmed to be caused by an issue in the PowerOffice C# SDK itself. ConnectMyApps has reported the issue to PowerOffice.
We are currently developing a workaround on our end. The development work has high priority but is estimated to take a couple of days.
Once the workaround is deployed all workflows will be resumed from the point of stoppage and all waiting data will be transferred.
