Update: As of 27.09.21 the workaround has been tested and implemented. We are restarting workflows and updating customer tickets with current status.
An intermittent issue with an external service provider is preventing some of our customers from successfully running their workflows to completion.
The incident is being investigated with the highest priority and we are working on a workaround.
